Sammy Cantavespre owned a small restaurant located on 3rd Avenue in Birmingham, Alabama. You may remember that in 1974 the national rage was “streaking.” One Friday night on a dare, an attractive female customer “streaked” across the restaurant’s lounge. Sammy had his best nights in the history of the restaurant after that. With this streaking incident behind him, he realized the key to Sammy’s success revolved around beautiful women.
